The Prana Youth Program is for children aged 6 to 17 years old. This program combines character development, outdoor exploration, and fun activities. Kids will study the virtues of Arhatic Yoga through interactive workshops and group activities. They will also engage in nature-based adventures like hiking, camping, and environmental projects, fostering a love for the outdoors. With a mix of team sports, creative arts, and challenges, the program ensures an exciting and enriching experience that promotes growth, fun, and lasting friendships. Parents learn to balance their Arhatic practice with family through the service and support of the 9-day program.
