Arhatic Yoga Level 1 involves the ancient secrets to activation of the chakras, thereby allowing more Kundalini energy and Spiritual energy to flow through the bodies. Most students experience an increase in the size of the chakras by 100% to 300% during the class, depending on the student's ability to synthesize the energy. Learn the inherent powers of each chakra.
